When we walked into the room, the windows were open and the A/C was off. The rooms were humid and smelled musty. We closed the windows and cranked the A/C, and a few hours later the rooms felt much better.
The room decor is certainly dated but overall pretty clean. BTW: Don't tip the housekeeping staff as the tip is already included in your bill.
The main pool outside seemed very nice. The indoor pool looked murky--perhaps because it rarely gets used during the summer?
Skip the "breakfast." It's minimal and fairly lacking, even for the a continental breakfast.
Location is awesome--just a couple of minutes from the main tourist area. Not sure how big Kennebunkport is, so this might be true of all the places here...November 08, 2016
